The partnership model enables clinicians to operate as co-owners or co-operators of their in-gym medical suite, with full clinical autonomy and business-building support from the Epic central team.
Role Summary
– Become a business partner in a medical-aesthetics and wellness practice inside a leading fitness franchise.
– Practice autonomously under Florida’s full-practice authority for NPs.
– Receive administrative, marketing, and operational support, but retain autonomy in clinical and business matters.
– Build your personal patient panel, with cross-referrals from fitness members.
Partnership Responsibilities
– Deliver aesthetic, regenerative, and wellness treatments independently (examples: injectables, IV therapy, hormone optimization).
– Own clinical outcomes, patient outreach, and daily suite operations.
– Collaborate with Epic AesthetiX on service menus, supplies, and growth strategies.
– Participate in profit-sharing or equity-based earnings, with the ability to scale your suite’s business value.
Ideal Candidate
– Florida NP with Autonomous Practice Authority.
– Entrepreneurial, with a desire to operate as a business partner rather than an employee.
– 2+ years’ experience post-licensure; aesthetics/wellness experience strongly preferred.
– Strong relationship-building skills and an interest in both patient care and practice management.
